Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anaesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Mr Begg manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions.
Mr Begg’s expertise includes dental implant surgery, bone grafting, wisdom tooth removal, oral pathology and maxillofacial surgery. This also includes techniques involving minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort.
Our staff are trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) Sedation in our state-of-the-art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.
Surgical Staff – Our surgical staff at R J Begg and Associates are experienced oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of IV anaesthesia and surgery. All of our staff are CPR certified.
