Poor after service care
Very poor after service care from a tooth extraction that became infected. Mike did the intial extraction- way too much information given by him with more emphasis based on how much id be paying.After calling repeatedly, after the extraction, I got a follow up consultation but pain still persisted after this follow up. Calling back repeatedly to try & speak to Megan for some guidance and reasssurance but repeatedly stonewalled by bull dog type receptionists. Holly, in particular,. the empathy was missing and i just found her abrubt and plain rude whilst dismissing me. Consequently forced to book and went to another dentist for some answers and a nasty dry socket case is diagnosed which doesn’t always clear up immediately. It would of been nice if Kaikorai Dental could have shown a little more concern for individual situations that don’t fall within a text book extraction. Please think about using this particular dentist and looking else before using these guys based on this experience. There are businesses I’m sure, who would take more care in all aspects of this!!
