Happy Teeth Dental

I went to Happy Teeth dental which is in the town,NP and would just say it’s worst. I went there for tooth extraction and ended up with an infection. The dentist Rebbecca was so rude with me, screamed on me, was not even listening when I went there for follow up. It’s pathetic experience, would never ever go again. Watch before you go. There are more far better dentist in the town.

I have been going to Hapy Teeth for about 5 years now & both my teenagers have also been going. I love how Rebecca does not try & sell the most expensive option. When alternative solutions are given she clearly states the likely performance of all solutions & does not try to persuade you to spend more money with them. They have always been able to fit me in at short notice which is great when you have tooth ache! There is always funny banter in the surgery & somethimes they have to stop to let me laugh out loud! I’m a happy customer!

I rang for a checkup appointment as my 85year old mother had been going to this dentist for some time. The female dentist said she would not do a checkup for me after I mentioned I would be going overseas in a couple of weeks. Her reasoning was that I might need follow-up work and she wouldn’t be able to do it if I was outside the country. She became defensive and was really unwelcoming. I dodged a bullet and thankfully did not give her my money. My mother has also changed dentists and told all her friends about my unpleasant experience. Happy not to support Ms Unhappy Dentist.
