Silverdale Children’s Community Dental Clinic

I have tried to book my 2 kids in (5 year old and 3 year old) for their annual dental check up as they are now due but the lady I spoke to said she can’t book them in even though they are due for a check up. She says the clinic is catching up on dental check ups and admin work from 2019, if this information is correct then I have some serious questions about how this dental clinic funded by tax payers money is operated. The lady on the phone also refused to give me her name and yet she offered to give me the managers name and mobile number then changed her mind when I questioned why she could give me the managers name but not her own, this is disgraceful behavior and I will take matters further!
